Traci's Cannoli Ball or Dip
Imagine my surprise when this ball of deliciousness wasn't made with ricotta or mascarpone, as expected.

8 ozblock of cream cheese, softened
1 stickbutter, softened
2 Tbsppacked brown sugar
3/4 cpowdered sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2 cmini chocolate chips, divided (optional)
DIPPERS, SUCH AS GRAHAM CRACKER STICKS OR MINI SQUARES, STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE CHUNKS, AND/OR VANILLA WAFERS
How to Make Traci's Cannoli Ball or Dip
- Put the cream cheese & butter in a mixing bowl. Allow to soften at least 30 minutes.
Then, using a mixer, beat together until smooth.
- Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge & form into a ball shape in the center of a serving platter.
