Traci's Cannoli Ball or Dip
Imagine my surprise when this ball of deliciousness wasn't made with ricotta or mascarpone, as expected.

- 8 oz
- block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick
- butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp
- packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1/2 c
- mini chocolate chips, divided (optional)
DIPPERS, SUCH AS GRAHAM CRACKER STICKS OR MINI SQUARES, STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE CHUNKS, AND/OR VANILLA WAFERS
How to Make Traci's Cannoli Ball or Dip
- 1Put the cream cheese & butter in a mixing bowl. Allow to soften at least 30 minutes.
Then, using a mixer, beat together until smooth.
- 3Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge & form into a ball shape in the center of a serving platter.
