When I don't have time to make an authentic tiramisu, I make these bites or use the same ingredients to make a pie. It's always a big hit with everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coffee or espresso
  • 1/2 - frozen pound cake, thawed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 - heath candy bars

How To Make tiramisu toffee trifle bites

  • Step 1
    Cut the end off the pound cake, then cut 5 slices 1/4 inch thick. Cut each slice into 8 squares.
  • Step 2
    Place cake squares in miniature foil baking cups.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle cake with coffee.
  • Step 4
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, and chocolate syrup at medium speed with an electric mixture until smooth. Add whipped topping and beat until fluffy.
  • Step 5
    Place dollops of mixture on top of cake.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Step 7
    Finely chop candy bar.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle with candy bits.
  • Step 9
    Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
