Cook in double boiler until egg is cooked and slightly thick, about 5 minutes. Pour the cooked mixture of graham cracker crumb mixture. Mix well and put in a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Press with fingers to form the first layer. Chill a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

For the third layer melt the chocolate chips (you can use a Hershey Bar if you like) in double boiler. Watch carefully while melting so it does not burn. Once melted spread on top of second layer quickly by spoonfuls. It hardens very quickly. It is best to cut bars as soon as the chocolate has set. Store in refrigerator,
