We have never had a name for this, but it is requested each holiday. Everyone that has tried it loves it. The recipe came from an ex's mother Loretta Lynn (yep, but not the famous one). We all get a kick out of Loretta's "the recipe" We have not decided if this is a dessert or salad, as we eat it with our meal, after as a snack, and if allowed before a meal.. :)
