club crackers (not saltines)
2 stick
1 c
brown sugar
12oz pkg
milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c
diced pecans
pam spray

How to Make Texas Crunch Bar


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9"x12" pan with foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Line pan with Club crackers.
  • 2Mix 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar and boil for 5 minutes in a heavy pan, stirring constantly.
  • 3Pour over crackers. Put in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until crackers float. Sprinkle with 12 ounce package of milk chocolate chips or semi sweet. Spread with knife when melted and sprinkle with 1 cup diced pecans. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
