coconut milk, unsweetened
1/3 can(s)
cream of coconut
1/2 c
corn starch
2/3 c
white sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground to garnish add nice flavor to the whole dish

How to Make Tembleque


  • 1In a bowl mix corn starch,sugar and salt. Add coconut milk slowly,while you stir the mixture. Add cream of coconut,mix well.Pour the mix in a saucepan at medium heat revolving all the time,until boils,low the heat keep revolving until gets tick. Remove from fire and place in a wet nice serving or desert deep plate. Place in the fridge at least 30 or 45 minutes and garnish with the cinnamon powder.
