This recipe is a really good for deserts and easy. Is a deserts that been used for many years ,specially in xmas time. I hope all of you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/3 can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - cinnamon, ground to garnish add nice flavor to the whole dish

How To Make tembleque

  • Step 1
    In a bowl mix corn starch,sugar and salt. Add coconut milk slowly,while you stir the mixture. Add cream of coconut,mix well.Pour the mix in a saucepan at medium heat revolving all the time,until boils,low the heat keep revolving until gets tick. Remove from fire and place in a wet nice serving or desert deep plate. Place in the fridge at least 30 or 45 minutes and garnish with the cinnamon powder.
