How to Make Swedish Pancakes
- Blend together eggs and milk with rotary beater. Add flour, 1 tbsp sugar and salt; blend well. Add vanilla. Bake in lightly greased 8 inch skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each. Tilt skillet back and forth quickly when batter is added to make a thin coating. Bake until top is dry, then turn and brown other side.
- Spread with melted butter, Nutella, or your favorite jam and roll it up! Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
