super classic & oh so easy cannolis
I made this once. It was good but I did make a big mess.I had cheese mix everywhere & I even used a pastry bag. I put to much in the bag & pressed way to hard at first lol. But it did taste so good.

Ingredients
- 1 jar ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 12 - cannoli shells

Step 1In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients well. Then carefully mix in the choaolate chips & cover. Refrigerate for about 30 mins.

Step 2Then fill each cannoli shell with the mixture.

Step 3Serve right away or cover good & refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4Special Tip: For easy filling spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a fited wide tip. Then pipe into the shells.
