I made this once. It was good but I did make a big mess.I had cheese mix everywhere & I even used a pastry bag. I put to much in the bag & pressed way to hard at first lol. But it did taste so good.

    ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 12
    cannoli shells

How to Make Super Classic & Oh So Easy Cannolis


  1. In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients well. Then carefully mix in the choaolate chips & cover. Refrigerate for about 30 mins.
  2. Then fill each cannoli shell with the mixture.
  3. Serve right away or cover good & refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Special Tip: For easy filling spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a fited wide tip. Then pipe into the shells.
