This glaze works very well to decorate cookies and can be colored any color you want with a few drops of food coloring

Ingredients

- 3/8 cup milk
- 3/8 cup light corn syrup
- 1 pound box confectioners sugar
- desired flavor extract
- desired food color

How To Make sugar glaze for decorating cookies

Step 1

Mix sugar and milk. Then add corn syrup just until combined

Step 2

Now you add your flavoring and coloring. If you want more than one flavor or color split the glaze now. Then add a few drops of the flavor you prefer (vanilla, orange, lemon, coconut, anise, etc) and a few drops of food coloring until glaze reaches the desired color.
Step 3

Now decorate away!!
