Ingredients
- 1 pound rhubarb, fresh, cleaned, cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 - 3 oz. packages strawberry, jell-o
- - whipped cream, sweetened or cool whip
- - strawberries, fresh, whole (dipped in sugar) or fanned (for garnish)
How To Make strawberry-rhubarb cup dessert

Step 1Toss rhubarb with sugar in a large saucepan; stir in water.

Step 2Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add dry jell-o mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour into dessert cups.

Step 3Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Step 4When ready to serve, dallop of whipped cream & a strawberry either dipped in sugar or fanned out on top.
