How to Make Strawberry Pretzel Salad
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press into bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
- Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and half of cool whip. Spread ontop of cooled pretzel crust.
- Mix boiling water with gelatin until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries, allow to set for a few minutes, until kind of firm. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 30-45 minutes until set. Top with remaining cool whip. Cut into bar pieces and serve.
