1 lbfrozen bag of strawberries- defrosted
1-6oz ozstrawberry jello
16 ozheavy cream, whipped
1 ptfresh strawberries- cut up
How to Make Strawberry Mousse
- blend defrosted strawberries and add 1 to 3 0z of water, Place in sauce pan and heat-
Add strawberry jello and heat together till it bubbles and thickens. Refrigerate for l hour;
- Whip the heavy cream- till it forms peaks.
Add the thickened strawberry mixture and whip together. Pour into beautiful serving bowl and refrigerate till ready to serve. Decorate top with cut up strawberries- can also use blueberries, kiwi.
It is best to make the day before you plan to serve it.
