I have used this recipe for over 25 years and it was always a sucess and it is so easy to do. A great way to end a meal with a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen bag of strawberries- defrosted
- 1-6oz ounce strawberry jello
- 16 ounces heavy cream, whipped
- 1 pint fresh strawberries- cut up
How To Make strawberry mousse

Step 1blend defrosted strawberries and add 1 to 3 0z of water, Place in sauce pan and heat- Add strawberry jello and heat together till it bubbles and thickens. Refrigerate for l hour;

Step 2Whip the heavy cream- till it forms peaks. Add the thickened strawberry mixture and whip together. Pour into beautiful serving bowl and refrigerate till ready to serve. Decorate top with cut up strawberries- can also use blueberries, kiwi. It is best to make the day before you plan to serve it.
