- frozen bag of strawberries- defrosted
- 1-6oz oz
- strawberry jello
- 16 oz
- heavy cream, whipped
- 1 pt
- fresh strawberries- cut up
How to Make Strawberry Mousse
- 1blend defrosted strawberries and add 1 to 3 0z of water, Place in sauce pan and heat-
Add strawberry jello and heat together till it bubbles and thickens. Refrigerate for l hour;
- 2Whip the heavy cream- till it forms peaks.
Add the thickened strawberry mixture and whip together. Pour into beautiful serving bowl and refrigerate till ready to serve. Decorate top with cut up strawberries- can also use blueberries, kiwi.
It is best to make the day before you plan to serve it.
