Ingredients
- 1 medium egg white
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 5 ounces frozen sliced strawberries with juice (thawed)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make strawberry fluff icing

Step 1Put all 4 ingredients into top of double boiler. Beat with electric beater to mix well. place over rapidly boiling water. continue beating while it cooks until stiff peaks form when beater is lifted. remove from heat and spread over cake. Makes 4 cups
