Crepes are one of my family's favorite breakfast or brunch foods. The elegant and classy strawberry crepe is a favorite among many.

These strawberry crepes would be perfect for a brunch or a special dessert. It's a basic, versatile crepe recipe. Fresh strawberries, chocolate, and whipped cream are a classic pairing for a reason... It's delicious. Crepes take a little time to prepare, but they're not hard to make.

Ingredients

  • STRAWBERRY FILLING
  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • BATTER
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • FOR SERVING
  • whipped cream topping
  • chocolate syrup
