- powdered sugar

- heaping teaspoons softened cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp
- coconut extract
How to Make Stabilized Whipped Cream Topping
- 1In KitchenAid Mix, beat Cream Cheese and Heavy Cream on low speed until blended. Then beat on high speed until peaks form.
- 2Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla and beat until soft to medium stiff peaks form.
- 3Spread or pipe decorative designs with frosting tip, over pie.
