- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons heaping teaspoons softened cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
How To Make stabilized whipped cream topping

Step 1In KitchenAid Mix, beat Cream Cheese and Heavy Cream on low speed until blended. Then beat on high speed until peaks form.

Step 2Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla and beat until soft to medium stiff peaks form.

Step 3Spread or pipe decorative designs with frosting tip, over pie.
