This recipe has been "doubled", so there is plenty to pipe on a decorative design. It also works very well if you are entering a cream pie into your local fair, as it holds it's shape for several days.

heavy whipping cream
2-3 Tbsp
powdered sugar
2 tsp
heaping teaspoons softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp
coconut extract

How to Make Stabilized Whipped Cream Topping

Step-by-Step

  • 1In KitchenAid Mix, beat Cream Cheese and Heavy Cream on low speed until blended. Then beat on high speed until peaks form.
  • 2Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla and beat until soft to medium stiff peaks form.
  • 3Spread or pipe decorative designs with frosting tip, over pie.
