I got this along time ago off of a Ready made pie crust from Keebler. I have tweeked it just a little!

- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 - keebler gram cracker pie crust
- 1 can lemon pie filling (optional )
How To Make spring breeze cheesecake

Step 1cream cheese MUST be room temp! mix all together and put in pie crust, refrigerate for 1 hr, The lemon pie filling is optional. It makes for a really tall pie too!
