Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted, flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make sour cream donuts

Step 1Combine sour cream and milk; beat until foamy. Gradually add sugar and eggs, beating until sugar is dissolved.Stir in vanilla and sifted dry ingredients.

Step 2Chill 1 hour. Roll 1/2 thick. Cut out doughnuts.

Step 3Fry in deep hot fat (365) until bown on both sides and cooked through.

Step 4Drain on paper towels.
