Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 1/12 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Spread on can of crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together.
  • Step 2
    Mix 1 cup sugar, vanilla, cream cheese. Spread creamcheese mixture on bottom layer of rolls.
  • Step 3
    Place the second package of rolls on a floured surface, press seams together and lay it over cream cheese layer. Pour melted butter over the top crescent roll layer.
  • Step 4
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
