  • 2 can(s)
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 1/12 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 stick
    butter

How to Make Sopapilla Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread on can of crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together.
  2. Mix 1 cup sugar, vanilla, cream cheese. Spread creamcheese mixture on bottom layer of rolls.
  3. Place the second package of rolls on a floured surface, press seams together and lay it over cream cheese layer.

    Pour melted butter over the top crescent roll layer.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Serve hot or cold.
