Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 1/12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

Step 1Spread on can of crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together.

Step 2Mix 1 cup sugar, vanilla, cream cheese. Spread creamcheese mixture on bottom layer of rolls.

Step 3Place the second package of rolls on a floured surface, press seams together and lay it over cream cheese layer. Pour melted butter over the top crescent roll layer.

Step 4Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
