Ingredients For sopapilla cheesecake

  • 3 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 can
    crescent rolls

How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

    Line pan with Crescent Rolls flattened Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees

    Mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup Sugar, Milk and Vanilla until smooth Spread Cream Cheese mixture on baked Crescent Rolls

    Lay Crescent Rolls (uncooked) flattened on top of Cream Cheese mixture

    Melt butter Add cinnamon and ½ cup of Sugar to melted butter
  • 5
    Drizzle on top of uncooked Crescent Rolls

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
