cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 c
1 c
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 stick
butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
2 can(s)
crescent rolls

How to Make Sopapilla Cheesecake


  • 1Line pan with Crescent Rolls flattened
    Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
  • 2Mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup Sugar, Milk and Vanilla until smooth
    Spread Cream Cheese mixture on baked Crescent Rolls
  • 3Lay Crescent Rolls (uncooked) flattened on top of Cream Cheese mixture
  • 4Melt butter
    Add cinnamon and ½ cup of Sugar to melted butter
  • 5Drizzle on top of uncooked Crescent Rolls
  • 6Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
