Bring to room temperature the 2 packages of cream cheese. Use beater, blending well : sugar and cream cheese.
Open one can of cresent rolls. Keeping the rolls together in a solid sheet place them in buttered 8X13 cake pan. Smooth out and top with the cream cheese mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture so that is overs the entire bottom sheet of cresent roll dough. Take the second can of cresent rolls, keeping them in in a solid sheet, unroll them placing them on top of the cream cheese mixture. Melt 1/4 stick of butter and pour over raw cresent dough. Make a cinnamon/sugar mixture to your liking. (I use 1 part cinnamon to 2 parts sugar) Sprinkle on top of melted butter. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool then cut into squares. YUMMY!
