Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 10 ounces bag mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups rice krispies
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 bag chocolate chips melted divided

How To Make s'mores sushi

  • Step 1
    Line a baking sheet with wax paper and spray it with cooking spray. Melt the butter in a large pan.
  • Step 2
    Add the marshmallows and cook until the marshmallows are melted then stir in the Rice Krispies. Spread it into a rectangle on the pan.
  • Step 3
    Spread the marshmallow fluff over top then add the graham cracker crumbs over top the fluff.
  • Step 4
    Pour half the melted chocolate over the crumbs.
  • Step 5
    Cut in half then roll each half up sushi style starting from long side. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Step 6
    Slice into sushi pieces and serve with remaining melted chocolate to dip
