jus wish i could figure out how to get that campfire taste into the cheesecake....any ideas please let me know ty this is great to have in the winter when it is cold outside and ya are thinkin bout summer...

This is how the marshmallows turned out under the broiler... next time I will let it brown a bit more.

Ingredients

3 cups well crushed graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup splenda
8 ounces jar marshmollow cream
1 large bag choc chips[i like usin mint choc chips here too]
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
16 ounces cool whip
1/2 package mini marshmellows
- several choc bars broken into bite spize pieces

How To Make s'more cheesecake

Step 1

make crust mix cracker crumbs,margarine an slpenda press into bottom of 9x13 glass pan

Step 2

FILLING have cream cheese at room temp mix with mixer til light an fluffy dd in sour cream an cool whip mix well stir in melted choc and marshmellow cream spread evenly over crust
Step 3

TOPPING mix candy bar pieces with mini's sprinkle over top cover well put in fridge for several hrs or overnight
Step 4

oh and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
