  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries (of your choice)
  • 3 - (5 0z) paper cups
  • 3 - ice pop sticks

How To Make smoothie pops

  • Step 1
    blend yogurt, skim milk and frozen berries until smooth. pour into paper cups with ice pop sticks. freeze until solid.
