How could I turn away from a recipe called Seventh Heaven? Already know what a meringue pecan baked tastes like so this one was easy to perk me up at first glance. I can see these being spooned and dumped onto the cookie sheet to make cookies. Cutting probably back onto the baking time.

How To Make seventh heaven

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. THE NUTS: Chop the Walnuts, Pecans, & Almonds up in a food processor. ROAST the nuts on a cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. Let the nuts cool & combine with the FRIENDS, White Sugar & Cornstarch.
  • 2
MAKINGS FOR MERINGUE: Beat the Egg Whites & Salt at LOW SPEED until opaque. Increase speed (go for high!) & whip in the Brown Sugar gradually into the egg whites in a steady stream. Whip until a firm peak is obtained.
  • 3
Fold the Nut Mixture into the Egg White Mixture. LOWER OVEN TEMPERATURE to 300 degrees F. Using a 9" x 13" pan that I would slightly grease up; wiping off excess, put the FINISHED MIXTURE into it.

Bake until golden brown & dry, about an hour.
