Ingredients

  • 2 Small box
    lemon jello
  • 2 c
    hot water
  • 2 c
    lemon lime soda
  • 1 15 oz can(s)
    crushed pineapple- drained, save the juice
  • 1 15 oz can(s)
    mandarin oranges- drained, save the juice
  • 2 Large
    bananas- sliced
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1
    egg- beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    reserved juices
  • 1 3 oz. pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    walnut, chopped

How to Make Seven up Jello Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients mix well and cool until firm. Place in serving container and return to refrigerator.
  2. Mix the egg,flour,sugar,and juice in a sauce pan and cook until thick. Then add the cream cheese and blend well. Pour over the jello mixture and sprinkle with nuts. Return to refrigerator to set up at least 1 hour before serving.
