Ingredients
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 - egg whites
How To Make sea foam

Step 1Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water. Cook without stirring to 225 degrees or to the hard boiling stage.

Step 2Remove from heat and pour gradually over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.

Step 3Add vanilla. Continue beating until candy cools and will hold it's shape. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
