Ingredients

  • 3 cups light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 - egg whites

How To Make sea foam

  • Step 1
    Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water. Cook without stirring to 225 degrees or to the hard boiling stage.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat and pour gradually over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
  • Step 3
    Add vanilla. Continue beating until candy cools and will hold it's shape. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
