How to Make Sea Foam

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water. Cook without stirring to 225 degrees or to the hard boiling stage.
  2. Remove from heat and pour gradually over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
  3. Add vanilla. Continue beating until candy cools and will hold it's shape. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
