An icing for those who don't like sicky sweet frosting. My mother and Grandma only used this kind of frosting, though it's not good for decorating.

Ingredients
- 1 large egg white beaten stiff
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup scalded milk
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla
How To Make scalded milk icing

Step 1Blend oleo, crisco and sugar until creamy and smooth, about 10min. if room temp.

Step 2Mix in egg white with spoon.

Step 3Last, mix in cooled milk and vanilla.Mix until smooth, about 1 min.
