An icing for those who don't like sicky sweet frosting. My mother and Grandma only used this kind of frosting, though it's not good for decorating.

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white beaten stiff
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup scalded milk
  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla

How To Make scalded milk icing

  • Step 1
    Blend oleo, crisco and sugar until creamy and smooth, about 10min. if room temp.
  • Step 2
    Mix in egg white with spoon.
  • Step 3
    Last, mix in cooled milk and vanilla.Mix until smooth, about 1 min.
