How to Make Saltine Candy Bark

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.Take one sleeve of saltine crackers and line them up on a cookie sheet, salt part facing up.
  2. take your 2 sticks of butter and put them in a small sauce pan. add 1 cup of dark brown sugar, stir on med heat. once it's boiling let it boil for 3 mins.
  3. Once your 3 mins are up pour the butter and sugar mixture over all your saltines. place in a oven for 6-7 mins. take it out and pour your choice of chocolate chips (or any kind you'd like) and let it sit for about 10 seconds, once the chocolate starts to melt spread the mixture over the top and then add nuts and whatever other goodies you'd like. In one batch I sprinkled cinnamon on the chocolate. Yummy!! let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and then once it sits you can break it apart and enjoy!!
