1 csoft pitted majool dates
1 pinchsea salt
11/4 tsplemon juice
How to Make Russell James’s Raw Date Sweetener
- Process the 4 ingredients in your blender. Put in a mason jar and store in the fridge. You can use this in place of agave syrup or other liquid sweeteners. If you do use it in place of agave you might need to double up because this is no where as sweet as the agave is.
- It should keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
