  • 3 1/4 c
    vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp
    corn syrup, light
  • 1/2 c
    rum any kind

How to Make Rum Balls


  1. In a large bowl mix together crushed wafers and nuts.
  2. Blend in the corn syrup,and rum. Let the mixture rest for two hours.
  3. Now the fun starts.Shape into 1/2 ounce balls.
    Roll each ball in powdered sugar,cocoa powder,or red and green sugar.
  4. Store in a air-tight container for two or three days to develop the flavers.
