Ingredients

1/2 c
granulated sugar
750 ml
rose wine
1/2 tsp
fresh lemon juice

How to Make ROSE GRANITA

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water and the sugar to a boil.
  • 2Pour mixture into a 9 * 13 in. freezer proof baking dish, stir in wine and lemon juice, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hrs.
  • 3Stir mixture, breaking up any chunks, recover and freeze at least 3 hrs. and up to 2 days.
  • 4When ready to serve, scrape mixture with a fork to create soft mounds of icy snow. Serve immediately.
