This is my most requested recipie for family gatherings. And so easy to make. I always have to take more than 1 pan. Kids love them.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 4 cups marshmallows, mini
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
How To Make rocky road smores bars

Step 1In a large bowl,beat 1 c. butter,1 c. brown sugar,and 1/2 c. peanut butter until smooth.The peanut butter is not required if you do not like it.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine 2 c. flour and 1 c. graham cracker crumbs. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. Press into the bottom of a jelly roll pan.

Step 3Sprinkle 12 oz. of chocolate chips on top, then 1 c. nuts, then 4 c. mini marshmallow. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Marshmallows should be golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
