Ingredients

2 cups - cheesecake cool whip
3 oz. - bakers semi sweet chocolate
2/3 cup - minature marshmallows
1/3 cup - chopped peanuts
1-6 oz. - oreo pie crust
1 oz. - bakers semi sweet chocolate (optional)

How To Make rocky road cheesecake

Step 1

Melt 3 oz. bakers chocolate in microwave. Watching closely and stirring at 15 second intervals until fully melted. Add to Cool Whip and mix well until fully blended.

Step 2

Add marshmallows and peanuts to Cool Whip mixture. Blend well. The mixture will be thick. Spoon into crust and spread evenly.
Step 3

Melt remaining 1oz. chocolate and drizzle over pie for added decoration. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
