Melt 3 oz. bakers chocolate in microwave. Watching closely and stirring at 15 second intervals until fully melted. Add to Cool Whip and mix well until fully blended.
Add marshmallows and peanuts to Cool Whip mixture. Blend well. The mixture will be thick. Spoon into crust and spread evenly.
Melt remaining 1oz. chocolate and drizzle over pie for added decoration. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
