This ricotta cannoli dip is soooo good. Certainly addicting. Everyone who tries it loves it. Easy when it’s hot out and you want a no bake quick dessert. Try it today. Enjoy*** NOTE Do NOT use Walmart brand ricotta I have found it to be too watery .. and use full fat ricotta not skim .

Ingredients For ricotta cannoli dip

  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • graham crackers or cookies

How To Make ricotta cannoli dip

    Add ricotta to a bowl. (See note)

    Add sugar, cinnamon & vanilla mix well.

    Lightly fold in chocolate cups. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour. Remove and stir gently, serve with graham crackers or cookies like vanilla wafers for dipping. Keep any leftovers covered in fridge . Enjoy
