1Pour Rice Krispies in a cake pan and get two spoons for it.
2Melt butter, sweet condensed milk and the bag of Caramels on low heat
3Okay when caramel mixture is al mixed and melted. Drop Mashmallows one at a time into caramel mixture and coat it, then with tongs pick that marshmallow up and drop it into the rice krispies, roll with spoons to coat. I use big tupperware bowls to store these in. Good from the Refrigerator or room temperture.
