I have made several Rhubarb tortes over the years but decided to try this one .It is good and very pretty

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 small red jello (strawberry)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make rhubarb torte

Step 1Mix together first six ingredients and pat in greased 9x13 inch pan.Put rhubarb over crust

Step 2Mix together next three ingredients and sprinkle over the rhubarb

Step 3mix last ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
