- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2/3 cup milk you might need a little more
- SYRUP
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 5-6 cups rhubarb

Step 1MIX THE FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS, AND HAVE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF FLOUR MIXTURE, ADD WHIPPING CREAM AND MILK TO MAKE A REGULAR DOUGH, LET SET 10-20 MINUTES TO REST IN THE MEANTIME, MAKE YOUR SYRUP, HEAT TILL SUGAR AND BUTTER IS MELTED, POUR INTO JELLY ROLL PAN ROLL OUT DOUGH AND PUT ON RHUBARB, SPREAD EVENLY AND ADD SUGAR. ROLL UP LIKE JELLY ROLL, AND CUT INTO ROLLS ABOUT 1/2 INCH THICK ADD ROLLS TO JELLY ROLL PAN ON TOP OF SYRUP BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
