rhubarb crunch
This recipe is one that was shared to take and make at a Longaberger home show when I was a consultant. I love rhubarb, so it was one that I immediately wanted. The directions do not state what to do with the rhubarb, so I probably chopped it up... (Is rhubarb considered a fruit? or a vegetable?)

Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 stick butter
How To Make rhubarb crunch

Step 1Mix rhubarb, sugar and 3 T flour and place in the bottom of a pan. Add to top the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden brown.
