Ingredients
- FLOUR MIXTURE
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup quaker oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- SUGAR MIXTURE
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- RHUBARB
- 4 cups rhubarb, diced, uncooked
How To Make rhubarb crunch

Step 1Mix all flour ingredients and pat 2/3 of mixture in greased 9x9 pan. Place rhubarb on top of this.

Step 2Combine sugar mixture ingredients and cook till thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining flour mixture. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
