Ingredients

FLOUR MIXTURE

1 c
flour
1 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
3/4 c
quaker oats
1/2 c
butter, melted

SUGAR MIXTURE

1 c
sugar
1 c
water
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
vanilla

RHUBARB

4 c
rhubarb, diced, uncooked

Step-By-Step

1Mix all flour ingredients and pat 2/3 of mixture in greased 9x9 pan. Place rhubarb on top of this.
2Combine sugar mixture ingredients and cook till thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining flour mixture. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
