4 ccut rhubarb

1 csugar
How to Make Rhubarb Cobbler
- Place rhubarb in Buttered 9x13 pan. Cover with sugar. Place in oven at 350° while you combine and blend:
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c nuts, chopped - Top the rhubarb (now warm and juicy) with crumb mixture. Return to oven and bake for 25-35 minutes or until browned.
