Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- TOPPING
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 3/4 cups sugar - more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
How To Make rhubarb bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2Cut the butter into the flour and powdered sugar until crumbs form. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and up the sides a little.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 15 minutes

Step 4For topping, thoroughly beat all ingredients EXCEPT rhubarb and nuts.

Step 5Fold in rhubarb and nuts.

Step 6Pour over baked crust and bake an additional 35 minutes.
