raspberry white chocolate bread pudding
This is an old recipe from my mother in law. You can also tear the bread in pieces instead of cutting squares. Can also heat the milk till warm and pour over bread.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package loaf of bread cut into 1 inch squares 6-7 cups
- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
How To Make raspberry white chocolate bread pudding

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil 3 quart casserole dish.

Step 2In bowl beat eggs,milk,cream,vanilla,sugar and salt. Mix till well blended.

Step 3Add bread press into egg mixture until all is coated. Stir in raspberries and baking chips.

Step 4Pour into baking dish. Bake covered with foil or lid 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or untill golden brown.
