This is a very nice light texture dessert. Perfect for Valentines or Mother's Day treats.

  • 1 c
    all purporse flour
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    english walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    raspberry preserves, seedless

How to Make Raspberry Torte


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients to make a crumbly streusel like texture.
  3. Press 2/3 of dry mixture into bottom of lightly greased or sprayed 9x9 pan.
  4. Spread raspberry preserves over crust layer.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over preserves layer.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 mins or until lightly browned.
