This is a very nice light texture dessert. Perfect for Valentines or Mother's Day treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purporse flour
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup english walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup raspberry preserves, seedless

How To Make raspberry torte

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine dry ingredients to make a crumbly streusel like texture.
  • Step 3
    Press 2/3 of dry mixture into bottom of lightly greased or sprayed 9x9 pan.
  • Step 4
    Spread raspberry preserves over crust layer.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over preserves layer.
  • Step 6
    Bake for approximately 20-25 mins or until lightly browned.
