Ingredients

1/2 c
warm water
2 Tbsp
yeast
1 tsp
sugar
2 c
milk, scalded
1/2 c
butter
2 Tbsp
sugar
2
eggs, beaten
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
instant vanilla pudding
6 c
flour (maybe a little more)
1/2 can(s)
raspberry pie filling

FILLING

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
butter, softened
4 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Raspberry Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir then set aside. Add butter, sugar, eggs and salt to milk. Then add pudding and yeast mixture. Add flour and knead til smooth.
  • 2Place in floured bowl and let rise till doubled. Roll out and spread with raspberry filling.
  • 3Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices. Place on greased pan. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • 4Icing: Mix together. Ice rolls with cream cheese icing.
