Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup instant vanilla pudding
- 6 cups flour (maybe a little more)
- 1/2 can raspberry pie filling
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
How To Make raspberry rolls

Step 1Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir then set aside. Add butter, sugar, eggs and salt to milk. Then add pudding and yeast mixture. Add flour and knead til smooth.

Step 2Place in floured bowl and let rise till doubled. Roll out and spread with raspberry filling.

Step 3Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices. Place on greased pan. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

Step 4Icing: Mix together. Ice rolls with cream cheese icing.
