raspberry fudge brownies
I got this recipe from my sister in Oklahoma, she made the when I went to visit her, and they were yummy. I made them and took them to work today and my co-workers absolutely loved them, so I thought I would share the recipe here.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 jar (12 ounces) raspberry jam, divided
- 18 - chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
- 1/2 cup cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup cup chopped wanuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and 1/2 cup jam, beating until smooth. Add ground cookies and flour; mix well. Pour batter into a greased 8 X 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over batter. Bake 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 3In a small saucepan, melt remaining jam over low heat stirring constantly. Stir in walnuts. Pour mixture over brownies. Cool completely in pan. Cut into 2-inch squares. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 1-1/2 dozens
