    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    raspberry preserves
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    raspberry preserves

How to Make RASPBERRY CREAM BARS

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crust: Combine cake mix, and butter in a bowl until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture into a 9x13" pan. Spread 1 cup preserves over crust. Filling: Stir together cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla and egg until well blended; fold in preserves. Carefully spread filling over crust. Sprinkle reserved cake mix/butter mixture over filling. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars.
