- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg

How To Make raspberry cream bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crust: Combine cake mix, and butter in a bowl until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture into a 9x13" pan. Spread 1 cup preserves over crust. Filling: Stir together cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla and egg until well blended; fold in preserves. Carefully spread filling over crust. Sprinkle reserved cake mix/butter mixture over filling. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars.
