Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, chilled
- 3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
- 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make raspberry chocolate oatmeal squares

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Line 5"x5" baking pan with parchment paper. Spray it with cooking spray.

Step 3Mix together, flour, oats. brown sugar and baking powder.

Step 4Cut in butter, with fingers, until mixture is crumbly.

Step 5Set aside 1/4 cup of mixture for topping.

Step 6Spread remaining mixture in pan.

Step 7Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until just beginning to brown.

Step 8Remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes. It will return to oven for baking after cooling for the 30 minutes.

Step 9Spread raspberry preserves over the crust.

Step 10Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then the remaining 1/4 cup of the oat mixture.

Step 11Bake for 23-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Step 12Allow to cool in pan before cutting into 4 squares.
