1/3 cflour

1/3 crolled oats

3 Tbspbrown sugar

1/8 tspbaking powder

2 1/2 Tbspbutter, chilled

3 Tbspraspberry preserves

3 Tbspsemi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make raspberry chocolate oatmeal squares

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Line 5"x5" baking pan with parchment paper. Spray it with cooking spray.

3Mix together, flour, oats. brown sugar and baking powder.

4Cut in butter, with fingers, until mixture is crumbly.

5Set aside 1/4 cup of mixture for topping.

6Spread remaining mixture in pan.

7Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until just beginning to brown.

8Remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes. It will return to oven for baking after cooling for the 30 minutes.

9Spread raspberry preserves over the crust.

10Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then the remaining 1/4 cup of the oat mixture.

11Bake for 23-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

12Allow to cool in pan before cutting into 4 squares.
