- RASPBERRY FILLING
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- BLONDIE
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 11/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
How To Make raspberry chocolate chip blondies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Raspberry Filling: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until the corn starch is dissolved.

Step 3Bring to boil, then lower heat to a low boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often until thickened. Remove from heat.

Step 4Blondie: Combine melted butter, yogurt, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Step 5Add flour and baking soda. Mix well until a soft dough forms.

Step 6Set aside 1 cup of dough; spread the rest in the baking pan.

Step 7Spread raspberry filling over the dough.

Step 8Sprinkle 1 cup of chips over the raspberry filling.

Step 9Spread the 1 cup of dough on top.

Step 10Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chips.
