  • RASPBERRY FILLING
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • BLONDIE
  • 10 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 11/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

How To Make raspberry chocolate chip blondies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Raspberry Filling: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until the corn starch is dissolved.
  • Step 3
    Bring to boil, then lower heat to a low boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Blondie: Combine melted butter, yogurt, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Step 5
    Add flour and baking soda. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
  • Step 6
    Set aside 1 cup of dough; spread the rest in the baking pan.
  • Step 7
    Spread raspberry filling over the dough.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle 1 cup of chips over the raspberry filling.
  • Step 9
    Spread the 1 cup of dough on top.
  • Step 10
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chips.
