I use to eat this as a kid. It is quick and easy. You can make it with left over cooked rice. I love this Cold,Warm and even Hot..

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, cooked and hot or cold
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional)

How To Make raisins & rice

  • Step 1
    place cooked rice in a bowl
  • Step 2
    Mix your sugar and cinnamon together
  • Step 3
    Put in raisins and mix.
  • Step 4
    Put your sugar mixture in the rice stir. You can add some milk or cream and or vanilla but I like it like it is.
  • Step 5
    This can be eaten hot or cold. I do not measure the ingredients. You can add a little at a time until you get what you like for the flavor.
