Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix, bake according to directions for 2 cake pans
  • 6 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 8 ounces cool whip

How To Make punch bowl cake

  • Step 1
    After the cake has cooled; crumble half the cake into a punch bowl. Thinly layer the remaining ingredients in this order: pineapple, pudding, strawberries, cool whip and cake crumbs. Repeat layers 3 more times ending with cool whip and top with a few strawberries for garnish.
  • Step 2
    Keep refrigerated.
